Through the implementation of several specifically-designed training programs, we are able to identify UAE Nationals with the necessary skills that will contribute to Dubai Propertie's vision.
Under the Graduate Trainee Program, we hire fresh graduates with relevant skills and qualifications in diverse fields. They are provided induction training, a chain of Management, Real Estate and Communication skills training, plus an opportunity to get an on-site experience by job attachment and rotation through our two major programs Al Etqan 12 months program for Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree Graduates and Al Tatweer 6 month program for Diploma Graduates.
Dubai Properties also provides scholarships to distinguished employees at recognized and international Universities to commence post-graduate programs such as MBA programs.
