Under the Graduate Training Program, we hire fresh graduates These carefully selected few are provided with induction training, a chain of management, real estate and communication skills training, plus an opportunity to gain on-site experience by job attachment and rotation through our two major programs.
For candidates holding a Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree, the Al Etqan program is followed for 12 months, whilst the 6-month Al Tatweer training is followed by those graduating with a Diploma .
Dubai Properties also provides scholarships to distinguished employees at recognised international Universities to commence post-graduate programs such as the MBA.
