The Dubai Holding Excellence Award (DHEA), established by Dubai Holding, is part of the Excellence Program at the corporate level to encourage entities to adopt EFQM principles and to align themselves to the EFQM Model. In the cycle for 2007, DP LLC received the Best Entity Silver Award, moving up the band of the Excellence Maturity cycle.

This was the first ever Excellence submission by Dubai Properties. Our Facility Management Subsidiary, Idama, was entered for the DHEA 2006, in the second year of its operations. They went on to win the DHEA Bronze Award for Best Entity in recognition for their commitment to excellence.
